Overview

Scout turns whatever you have on an account - website copy, a LinkedIn profile, a funding note, scattered colleague notes - into a one-page pre-call brief. It separates real buying signals from background, ranks the three angles most likely to land, writes the opening sentence for each, maps five discovery questions to them, and flags the topics that would expose you as unprepared. Every brief carries a signal-strength grade and a gaps list, so a thin account reads as thin instead of quietly padded. Works from pasted or uploaded material; it does not browse the web for you.

Steps

1Paste your raw material and one line on what you sell. Scout returns a one-page brief: who they are, a signal-strength grade A to D, three ranked angles each with the fact behind it and a verbatim opening sentence, five discovery questions mapped to those angles, trap topics with handling notes, and a gaps list.
2The grade is the part to read first. At grade D, Scout deliberately will not write angles - it returns the two facts worth going to find instead. That is working as intended, not a failure. A polished brief built on nothing is the thing that burns accounts.
3Common mistakes on first run: pasting only the About page (that is Tier 3 background and grades C at best); leaving out your own offer, which makes angles generic; asking for "more angles" when scoring only surfaced two - two real angles beat three where the third is padding.
4Scout does not browse. It works from what you give it. If you want live research, fetch it yourself and paste it in.
