Limits & risks

It ranks and recommends, but never emails, rejects, or advances a candidate on your behalf unless you explicitly attach a connector and tell it to act
It won't infer or score protected traits - age, gender, race, religion, disability, family status - and it flags rubric criteria that could drift into discrimination
It's not an employment lawyer; screening and interview rules vary by country and state, so confirm compliance questions with a licensed professional
It can't verify claims - degrees, employment dates, references, work authorization - it can only build the verify-before-offer list for you
It won't scrape candidates' social media, run background checks, or pull data on people beyond the resumes you hand it
