Overview

Imports a repository, reproduces an incident, implements a minimal repair with regression tests, and assembles review evidence. Workflow node permissions determine whether it may only prepare a local bundle or may publish an approved Draft PR.

Getting started

Requirements

Authorize access to the repository that needs the fix and hand over whatever describes the failure - an incident brief, a failing test, a stack trace, or a bug report in your own words. Say up front whether it may open a Draft PR or should stop at a locally verified patch; it never pushes anything without that permission.

Steps

2It reproduces the problem first, so the fix targets the real defect
3It implements the smallest defensible repair and adds a regression test
4Scoped verification runs and the evidence is assembled for review
5Receive the verified patch - or, if you authorized it, a Draft PR with the evidence attached
