Limits & risks

It drafts articles, but it won't publish, send, or change anything live unless you've explicitly attached the right connector and told it to
It won't guess how your product works: no invented buttons, features, policies, or refund terms - it asks when it doesn't know
It won't write legal pages like privacy policies, terms of service, or warranty language - that needs a lawyer, and this isn't legal advice
It won't answer live customer tickets for you; it builds the pages that stop those tickets from arriving
It can't fix your product - if a page keeps getting hit because something is broken, it will say so instead of polishing the article

Requirements

Bring the raw material: past support emails or tickets, a list of the questions you answer most often, or existing help pages that need rework - plus a short description of your product (or a link) so articles use your real feature names and button labels, not guesses.
